The International Bake & Shop Expo will run from 12-14 October 2020, in Nanjing, China, at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Organized by Messe Nanjing and Shanghai Global Exhibition Corporation Limited, The upcoming conference and exhibition has been developed by südback’s leading position in the European bakery & confectionery industry, based on 40+ years of exhibition experience and ample industry resources.
This event will cover the entire supply chain, positioning itself as a major industry trade fair for Chinese bakeries. The Expo aims to provide one-stop support services, ranging from raw baking materials and bakery and supporting equipment to storage, franchising and staff training. International Bake & Shop Expo will function as a knowledge platform, sharing information about the bakery industry trends for bakery stores, producers of bakery equipment, and F&B firms specializing in bakery products, both at home and abroad.
As an integral part of the trade show, the Hosted Buyer Negotiation Center will provide B2B matchmaking services. Therefore, this event will function as an accelerator for the bakery industry. It is expected to generate around RMB 100 million (US$14 million) of promotional value for the domestic bakery industry.
The Expo will boast an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters, primarily taking place in Hall 1 and Hall 2 of the Nanjing International Expo Center. Hall 1 is mainly comprised of the Bakery Equipment and Supporting Equipment Area, Bakery Chain Area, Hosted Buyer Negotiation Center, Central Kitchen Experience Area, and Bakery Owner Training Area. Hall 2 will harbor the Cake/Biscuit/Souvenir Exhibition Area, Supplemental Material Exhibition Area, Coffee/Tea/Drinks Exhibition Area, Ice Cream Exhibition Area, Central Kitchen Experience Area, Baker Training Area, and Seminar Lunch/Tea Break Area.
