Südback (German for South-Bake) was launched in 1978. It is an European fair specializing on the bakery and confectionery industry. As a specialist event, südback is organized by Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH. The products covered include raw baking materials, ice cream, coffee and tea, equipment, packaging, and other services. The Bakery Trend Forum, Confectionery Trend Forum, and Südback Trend Awards Ceremony held during the exhibition, have attracted massive attention and media coverage. In 2017, südback welcomed more than 700 exhibiting firms, along with 37,000 professional visitors and buyers from 80+ countries.
The International Trade Fair for Bakery, Patisserie Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies (IBAKTECH) is a leading bakery and confectionery exhibition in Turkey. It is organized by Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH and co-sponsored by EKMADER and GIDAKAT. The specialist event has been successfully held 12 times. By closely following market requirements, it provides an excellent platform for technology and information exchange in regards to the development, production, trade, and application of ice cream, dairy products, desserts, raw baking materials, and processing equipment. In 2018, the exhibition welcomed more 340+ exhibitors and 80,000+ visitors from all over the world at the Istanbul Congress Center.
INTERGASTRA in Stuttgart is the leading trade fair for the hotel and gastronomy business. Over 1400 national and international exhibitors presented their wide range of offers in the areas of kitchen systems, food, ambience and equipment for hotels and gastronomy, services, beverages and coffee at INTERGASTRA 2018. Around 100,000 visitors from more than 70 countries came to obtain information about the latest products and trends on an area of 115,000 square metres.
INTERGASTRA regularly takes place at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre in combination with GELATISSIMO, the largest trade fair for the artisanal production of gelato north of the Alps. From 15 - 19 February 2020, INTERGASTRA will start the Olympic year in accordance with the Olympic motto and, with the IKA/Culinary Olympics, the oldest and biggest international cookery exhibition, will celebrate a fantastic premiere at the highest level.
